Okay not really. But well sicne it's Monday I may as well accept it! Oh yeah, it's my dad's bday today.
If you want to check it out, at the WW at Home area there's a leak of the new program that is coming out for WW. There will still be flexpoints (thank god, I suck at eating regimines... I do better with complete flexibility), but there will be a core plan, with certain foods that are suppose to be emphasized etc.
Anyway, I did well at a brunch buffet and conquered my almost getting a second plate, so I had one plate of mostly fruit, one muffin, one small sausage and one slice of bacon so I was happy with that!! I also got up early for running practice so I was proud of myself.
I also bought a new pair of runners!
