Hey all,
Went to WI last night and was down 3lbs! Even with using all my flexpoints and more! So I was happy at that! Anyway, I have a dubious charge on my credit card (I didn't authorize the transaction whatsoever) for a service that was never rendered. So I have to get that sorted out. My clothes are fitting better too so yah:) Ali |

Sorry about the credit card charge. I hope everything works out!! Ohhh... and congratulations on your loss!!!! :cp: I had my first weigh-in since I re-started WW last night. I'm down 2 lbs and I'm even in the middle of my time of the month, so I guess that's pretty good. I had a couple hard days last week and found myself eating tons of junk food late at night. My goal for this week is to eat all my points before 8 PM and not eat anything after. I know I consume the majority of my calories late at night from snacking out of boredom. Starting at 8 PM I'm going to start drinking lots and lots of water and chewing gum and doing whatever I have to do to keep myself busy so I don't binge and go nuts. If I can do that this week then next week I will save points for a snack at night and ONLY eat that planned snack. My problem is that I eat the one snack I planned on and then I start eating everything else in sight... AHH! We'll see what happens. I have a bunch of exercise tapes that I bought a long time ago and most of them are still in their wrappers. I'm going to unwrap one right now and see how the tape goes! I think I'm swaying toward tae-bo, yeahh! Jen :) |
Jenibabe: Yup, got the credit card thing sorted! Anyway congrats on the pounds down! I used to get in trouble with late night snacking too. do what you feel will work best! Good for you on the workout tapes!
