Hi all, I've meant all week to post on the chat thread...but no luck. This week I should have more time.

good news.....I lost 5 which takes me from118 to 113. It's a start....

I'm new to this website as well and I also attend WWs meetings on Thursday mornings. This morning I had a loss of 1.2 lbs. I have 7.6 more lbs to go until I reach my ultimate goal. I've been using the WWs program since Feb '04.

Hi i'm new to these boards. I've been seriously on WW for two weeks now. I started at 159, my goal weight is 121. This week's weigh in is 155. I love the idea of reporting my progress each week and look forward to reading about yours.

I'll start----I'm a Lifetimer who has returned several times. :) I find that I do best when I journal and drink all my water.

Hey everyone! I am struggling this week...TOM has arrived as welll as the hunger pains...does anyone else crave food like I do during TOM?! There is no chance of me exercising today (except for my daily mini walk with my son) because of how I feel...I want to crawl under the covers and go to sleep for a week. LOL. I hate this time of the month:(

My first weigh-in August 12
 
Hi,

I just started to get serious about dieting. I know there's always a larger than normal drop the first week, but I am still happy to say that I went down 3.5 lbs. since last week.

I am even happier about the fact that I have started to use the treadmill again after a very long time and taken a few brisk walks during my lunch hour in the last week.

How are the rest of you doing?

Easter Goal, you are an inspiration to us all. Good going on that loss. And, exercising is something that will make the weight leave you faster.
Jamie, don't give up. TOM can look like you are gaining. After a few days, you will be down again.

Hi ladies I had another good week, but I had a blow out last night when I came home from the ww meeting and had pizza and cashews, whew 30 points in 1/2 an hour. I am generally keeping things under control though.
