Lonely Friday?
 

Well no one else has started for Friday so I'll be back in a sec!

Well, morning to everyone - I wasn't sure if a couple of those posts on the other thread were today - I forgot to check the times. I did alright last night at the potluck. I forgot it was cake day here at work but I avoided that by being in appointments during cake time. And at the potluck I stuck to my plan of VERY small serving of pasta and large salad with one garlic bread and some ice cream cake as my splurge of the week. Although - they had cheezies there and I did have some so I'm terribly thirsty today. An odd thing happened though, I haven't had much "fat" in my diet in the last little while so the cream sauce of the pasta (and I only had about a quarter cup) went right through me and I felt TERRIBLE for a bit. Anyone else notice that when you haven't had much fats? Maybe I'm just strange. I'm still feeling a little poor in the gut today so that made it nice and easy to resist the donuts in the lunchroom. I PROMISE TO WI TOMORROW and make my sig true - I'm hoping that I haven't gone past 220. That's my hope - we'll see but I need to start being accountable to myself. Thanks for being here guys to help me take that accountability. OK - tons of stuff to do and at lunch I get to watch some of the national under 20 volleyball championships which are being held right her at my work - YAY - come and play everyone!! What are people up to over the weekend?

Hi KT: yeah I noticed that when I avoided a lot of fat and am not used to it... I am sure you'll do okay at WI! Weather here has been fabbo! My little bro who lives in Vancouver called me yesterday! He'll be coming to Ottawa/Montreal to visit soon so yah!

I am in Montreal tonight and heading back to Ottawa tomorrow... My BF and I are away from each other tonight:(

The roomate moved out today which is kind of a relief. I feel bad about being so negative about him, he is a nice guy, just hard to live with.
