  • This is something----another month. This year is flying by.
    I hope everyone's weight is flying "away."

    If you are new here. Please feel free to post your weigh-in results here. We are a fun group who love to talk and help each other.

    Here I go for the first result being posted------drum roll, please.
    I lost another 1/2 pound!!!!! Am I excited or what!!!!!

  • By the way, between the 25th when I weighed and was the same and the 28th when I weigh in with another group, I had gained 5 pounds! I couldn't believe it. I've been so bloated and swollen. Haven't been able to wear my wedding rings. I have worn them the past couple of days, and I have lost 3.5 of the 5 pounds that I gained. Don't know what was going on!

    I just want to lose the other 1.5 by Thursday so I'll be back to "normal". Actually, I'd love to lose more than that!!!! lol

    Tammy, it sounds like the water retention is going away. I wonder if that Advil makes one retain water???? Hmmm..... That's a thought.
    You'll be down in no time, I have a feeling.

    How did everyone else do?????
  • Actually, I was wondering the opposite. I just started with the Advil this week. The week before I was taking Tylenol or Aleve.
  • Well, I finally weighed myself yesterday, I was up 2 lbs. Oh well, I just have to get into a routine on my new job so I don't over eat compared to what I do now. I don't get in the physical activity on this job that I did on the other. I will figure it out though. Have a great day....Sis
  • Sis, don't worry about those 2 pounds. You'll get them off!!!!

    Take some healthy snacks to work. Keep celery, carrots, green pepper strips, etc. in your frig. Take those great walks with your husband. You can get this weight off.

    Hopefully, everyone will have a good weigh-in this week.

  • Well, I lost the other 1.5 pounds, but no more than that. So I'm back to "normal". I keep telling myself that is 28 pounds gone in 1 1/2 years. That should make me happy, but I just keep thinking that it should be more than that.

    Right now I am very crampy, so I feel fortunate to have lost that! TOM usually isn't good for losing anything. BP and sugar levels have been good, so I'm doing something right.

    Hope everyone else has a good weigh in!!

  • Well, I have been trying to combine the South Beach Diet and WW. I knew I needed to cut down on my carbs so I decided it was worth a try. I have lost the 2 I gained plus (if I can believe my scales this morning) 3 more. I also notice I am not constantly craving something sweet like I was before. So I will continue to try this. I am now back at my signiture weight again. I might hit that 100 lb mark yet. Have a WONDERFUL holiday week end......Sis

    Hi! I joined ww on April 1. My first weigh in I was down 8 lbs. I would really like to get some support for the up coming weeks when I know I won't be down quite as much. It looks like a good community, looking forward to getting to know you.
