2 more days to the weekend, I think I can do this....

SBD is doing okay, I get hungry though... I wanted to knaw my arm off at certain points yesterday :lol: but stuck with eating pickles, crystal light and sugar free jello... 3 days down, 11 to go, I can do this:)

Hi all! I am here-it's my birthday today-32 years young! I am celebrating by being on call:( Oh well. Hopefully no one will be in labor and I can go for a run!

I am eating my midmorning snack-a multigrain eng muffin cut in half and toasted, then I put a tomato slice and a slice of FF cheese on each side and toasted again. MMMM...

Ali, are there potions on SBD or is it like Atkins where you can eat as much as you want of the ok foods???

How is everyone else doing???

What screen? Is there a birthday reminder somehwere or something???:)

I can't see where the happy b-day thing is either, but HAPPY 32 LORI!! I hope you have a FABULOUS day and that you get all the things you desire (including your run). :)

Ali - My dad SUFFERED for the 11 days as he was a total carb guy (and still is). ONce he could eat the yams, etc, he was much happier. I think Bill Cosby profited from his consumption of diet Jello!

OK I just succumed to a Krispy Kreme. We just go one in Calgary and it's the first time I've had it (up here, I had one in Oklahoma City once). Wow...these are the BEST doughnuts ever...EVER!!! Yum.

Well, I am posting a pic of Genna so you can see how diff she looks in just a few days. She's on oxygen, but you can still see how cute she is.

I better go count my points for that unexpected breakfast! I think it's six....blah!!

Morning everyone. Volleyball was not much fun last night. I'm not sure why. Maybe because people kept totally ignoring the rules and laughing about it. I'm still a little angry today. We don't always follow the rules strictly but when someone calls you on doing something you shouldn't be doing, people usually stop. Last night they were obnoxious about ignoring the rules so I had to print one of them up today to "prove" to them that they're not supposed to do it. I have more fun when people aren't being so obnoxious. It was like nobody was having fun last night. But it was still exercise and that's good.
Belle - she looks great! Not a speck of blue on her. We have a Krispy Creme around here somewhere but I still prefer my Tim Horton's - I'm just too Canadian for my own good.
Lori - HAPPIEST OF HAPPY DAYS!! I hope nobody calls you so you get your whole birthday off.
Ali - Pickles are one of my FAVOURITE Snacks! Sounds like it's going OK.
