ok even if its just me I'm dedicating myself to journaling here!
Breakfast 1 med banana 2 5 peices dried apricots 1 1 LF sundried tomato tortilla with 3 peices ff chicken and 1 piece 2% cheddar 3.75 but lets call it 4 1/2 cup of juice with 12 oz of selzer 1 Total 8 lunch 1 turkey frank 4 pts 1 pita 2 pts Ketchup 1 pt a snackwells 1 pt Dinner one cup pasta 4 pts spinach 0 pts 1/2 cup classico roasted tomato and garlic 1 pt 1 snackwells Devils food 1 pt |

OK, doing this a little different than yesterday. I'll do it more like how I journal:
