How do I get started?

I was wanting to jump in on some threads, but wasn't sure where to start. Do you all post daily? Is this club for 20 lbs or 30 lbs or for 20 or 30 year olds? Just wondering. :)

The 20's and 30's refer to age. Here we do post daily and we have a daily thread that is titled with the day of the week. Welcome come on over to the daily thread (although it isn't started yet for today) and tell us about yourself.
