Weigh in Wednesday
Today was weigh in day for me and i only went down 1 lb since last Wednesday:( Thats okay though i am sticking with it doing my cardio seeing how i do next Wednesday and then if i havent dropped more by next week i am lowering my points to no more than 18-20. I have been right at 23 my limit. But i have also been exercising and drinking tons of water:?: Cant undertand why i havent dropped more really.
