I weighed today and lost the 2 pounds that I gained a couple of weeks ago.

Congratulations on the 2 lb. weight loss Tina. I am down another pound this week. How is everyone's weather. They are predicting that we will get down to -14 Saturday night and -10 Sunday night. Guess I am glad I did all of my shopping today. Have to work a few hours tomorrow, but other than that plan on staying in with a blanket and a good book. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

hurray Tina - I will be weighing in tomorrow morning - let you know how it goes - we're currently showing -11 with snow for tomorrow - I won't be sorry to see the winter a memory - on a good note - it's a long weekend this weekend - I'm so ready for it - I've just been so tired this last week

I wish y'all could be down here to warm up! It was a cool 59 today.

I don't think I could ever get used to -14 or -11. Brrrr....

Well, it is so quiet around here.
I am very slowly losing inches and weight. (I'm not keeping my tracker.)

Now that spring is around the corner, I look forward to walking outside. Lots of fruit will be available, too.

Our weather is improving. It really feels like spring.

Okay, I'm talking to myself here!!!!!
I found the way to lose pounds---get a sinus infection. I have little appetite.
The one thing I do is drink my water.

I'm here - talk to me!! hope your sinus infection has cleared up - any plans for the weekend? nothing here - will be going to WW meeting this morning - slowly the weight's going - it's been a slow process but I try to think that if I wasn't following the program I'd be up the 13 lbs that I've managed to lose. will let you know how it goes later this afternoon
