I'll go to WW's meeting tomorrow. then two of my buddies from there are heading out to lunch, then back to one of their houses for coffee and dessert.

I am trying to lose around 15 to 20 pounds. Due to meds for my stomach and depression I put some of my weight back on, but I am not going back to were I started from.

Hi Turtles,
I went to my mtg. and lost 1.6 pounds. I am so happy. the scale is so close to tipping under 200#. i am 200.2# today. Now my job will be to hold onto that loss and and keep it going down. Maybe there is a better time of the year to do that, but I'm doing my best. Isn't it weird how we can be off program and the very next day something clicks and we are back on program?

My dh and I will celebrate our forty-ninth anniversary tomorrow. Isn't that a hoot? Honestly, it feels like we got married yesterday and here we are.

Judy- the 27th is my anniversary to. We have been married 11 years this year.

I have been having sinus trouble for months and I think it may be due to a food allergy but I am not sure. I will probably need to look into that. Blah!

Cherry, how nice that we share an anniversary. It was such a beautiful time of the year to get married. Decorations everywhere. Just so pretty.

Sorry about the sinus trouble. Good luck with figuring out what is causing it.

Hope you are all ready for a Happy New Year!!
I didn't see a new section for 2015 so chiming in here for now.

I wish all my turtles a great 2015 & hope we are all successful with
our goals.

Today I am starting a workout programme & am committing to 3 times/week. Have been doing a weekly meditation class which I am loving -
and some of it is discussing life challenges & how to deal with everything in a more positive way. So really enjoying that.

All - good luck at the scales & lets make this the best "Turtle" year ever!
