Decided to do this again today, it worked so well yesterday.
Yesterday's goals: 1 -- under 1500 cal -- YEAH! 2 -- walk -- 50 minutes/3 miles 3 -- yoga video -- done! Today -- 1 - under 1500 calories 2 - walk 3 - pilates video - 20 minute |
