DBD Wednesday Challenge
1. Water (my chiropractor said lots of water will help with my sinuses along with 1500 mg of Vitamin C/ just a little tip :) )
2. 22-27 pts 3. Exercise (done but should do a bit more b/c I took it easy this morning). |
