Monday's Day By Day Challenge Thread
Good morning!! It's a brand new week and a great time to set some goals!!
Here are mine: 1) Plan my day and stick to the plan. 2) Work out while I'm working at second job tonight (since I'm going to miss my lunchtime workout). 3) Drink my waters and try to get in my fruits/veggies. What are your goals for today? |
Jess - how can you work-out while at work?
Goals 1) 30 minutes of cardio & Ab work - DONE 2) 1 hour of Yoga - DONE 3) 80 oz h2o - DONE 4) eat according to PFTD - DID IT! Laura |
My second job is at a ladies-only fitness center. I can work out while I'm at work, because it means I can still talk to clients. :)
