Advice for a WW Noob?
Hello, I was a calorie counter who went off the rails and regained 19 lbs. I've just joined WW for the first time with a co-worker and we plan to go to meetings. Any advice about which plan to do would be greatly appreciated as I see there are several and don't know much about them. I plan to go to meetings.

I do the online plan, as far as others at the meetings I don't know much about them. Sorry!
But, I will say this, my husband and I have been in WW since January 27 of this year we have both lost almost 40 lbs and have had zero issue with sticking to it. I don't know if it is our age or the fact that WW is so easy, or a combination of both, but we have totally changed our lifestyle without any effort! Best advise, use your points! They are there for a reason. Don't try to go faster by saving them. It's not for everyone, but nothing is. So welcome and enjoy the ride! |
