I had a very nice day with my hubby and dd. We went shopping and out to eat for dd's report card and tonight we go out for my birthday. DD wanted to be separate. Oh well, I will be very good all the rest of this week.

Hey SIS....HAPPY BIRTHDAY.....(yesterday)!! I came on and read but forgot to post to all the threads...have a good dinner tonight!
I lost 1 lb last week...down 44.2 now!
I was very excited because we ate a lot last weekend...didn't really go over points but just felt like I ate alot..

I weighted-in yeasterday. I lost 1.4 pounds. That brings the total to 21.6

Hey my internet will be off until Wed so you won't hear from me...
I am down 4 lb this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so total is 48 lbs !!!!!!
Stress is the thing...
We are moving this weekend to a small A frame house until the house is done being built in 6 months...
I will be back next week...

Wow, we have some losers this week. That's great!!!!!

I decided not to step onto the scales. I don't feel like I've gained but never know. I haven't exercised in what seems like ever.
My virus is finally gone!!!!!!! On Monday, I'll get back on the treadmill.

Well, I stayed the same this week. I am ok with that, especially since I kind of blew it for my birthday last week and a bit yesterday. Today I will be back OP. My hubby and I bought a home gym. Hopefully that will get us both rolling on losing weight again. I also hope it can do something for my tummy and batwing arms.
