Hi Carol! Haven't heard from Texaslady in a long time, hope all is well; will look up her number and call her this week before we leave, if I can. DH and I will be over your way in late July, and will definitely try to get together! When JOYce knows the date in August when she's coming to Texas, it sure would be wonderful if we could all get together! (That goes for everyone in our group, y'all are always welcome! More details as they come...)

DH and I had a wonderful time in Austin, but stayed up until 3 AM (WOW!) and realized we're a bit too old for that, ha ha ... spending a few days recovering. Fantastic music (we even bought the CD) and didn't even go OP too much. Walked a LOT and swam a bit. Life is good.

Well, I will call the recruiter tomorrow and see if he can give me the info on graduation from basic. dgd keeps guessing, I think she is afraid that I will make travel plans and she will flunk out!! or get sick, and we know from Tim's experience that, that is possible. I'm guessing that it is around the 22nd. That seems to be the end of the 6th week. But I want to be sure.

It will such fun if others can be in Texas at the same time.:grouphug:
