Day By Day Tuesday

  • Just starting the thread for today.

    My goals:
    1) Eat in my points range.
    2) Get those groceries that I didn't get yesterday.
    3) Not be bummed because Aaron doesn't have time for me right now.

    What are your goals? And how was your yesterday? My yesterday was good--I ate in my points range, got my waters, and exercised--TWICE!! Whoohoo!!
  • Yesterday I accomplished all 3 of my goals~water, exercise, no eating after 7pm. YAY

    Today's Goals.....

    1. WATER (I'm so predictable )

    2. Exercise/not sure what yet due to our lovely MI. weather.

    3. No eating after 7pm.

    4. No pigging out on popcorn during group. We have a group for young girls every Tues and I tend to overdo it on the popcorn.

    OK pretty much the same as yesterday goals!
  • Popcorn really can be a dangerous thing, can't it? I have a big bowl almost every night and I don't know what I'd do without it. Sometimes, they'll pop a big old batch of oil-popped popcorn and I have a hard time keeping my paws off of it!!
  • Hello girls

    Totally starting over today again cause I didn't do so good yesterday. Good news/bad news: I don't have to worry about the girl scout cookies anymore... because I finished them off yesterday. Whoops.

    So today:
    1 -- eat under 1500 calories!!!!!
    2 -- find time for a walk
    3 -- shop for a new suit for my interview Thursday cause the jacket I have is too big

    By the way - I agree with the popcorn addiction but I found these one-serving microwave bags which are great! They're actually not lowfat or anything but the portion control is awesome.

    1. get a two mile walk in... somehow
    2. drink at least 8 glasses of water
    3. nothing but zero point veggies after 9
    4. watch American idol!!!

    i had to add something fun in there.
    i'm trying to make this a daily routine to set day goals for myself... so hopefully you'll be seeing more of me.
  • Good morning girls!

    Today I ordered a fancy pedometer and I bought new Sony walkman headphones. I am hoping the pedometer forces me to want to hit the 10,000 steps mark eventually. I ordered it from Kmart online, so hopefully I get it in a few days. It is one that you can download your stats after your done walking and it graphs out your progress...sounds cool.

    Here are my goals for the day:

    1. drink 64 oz. of water
    2. stay within points
    3. get out for a couple walks.

    Stick to those goals girls!!!
