Monday's Day By Day Thread

  • Sorry I didn't get on at all to post a DBD Challenge thread for the weekend, but it looks like not many of us posted. But, did you have goals for your weekend? Did you accomplish them?

    What are your goals for today?

    Mine are:
    1) Eat in points range.
    2) Get groceries.

    That's it for me!!

  • Good morning Jess, (and everyone else!)

    My goals for today are:

    1. get a couple walks in before it rains.
    2. Eat within my range
    3. Drink water

    How is everyone else doing??
  • I didn't set wknd goals and definitely should of but thank God it is a new day.

    1. Water

    2. Walk 1 mile. (I am not feeling all that motivated due to TOM so one mile will be quite an accomplishment.)

    3. Do not eat after 7pm. This is the third goal I am adding to my small changes.
  • This weekend was not so good - I made pizza for myself both nights & last night found a carton of (lite) ice cream in the freezer. After eating way too much of it, I tossed the rest!

    Today --
    1 -- eat well
    2 -- exercise
    3 -- ignore the girl scout cookies in the fridge
