Day by Day Tuesday

  • Hope I didn't step on your toes Jess - I just wanted to set my goals for the day.

    Yesterday:

    Goal: 1 hr yoga - Accomplished
    Goal: 5 Fruits and Veggies - Only got in 2 - boo
    Goal: 96oz of water - Accomplished - even if I did have to chug the last 24oz right before bed.

    Today

    Goal: 1 Hr Yoga
    Goal: 96oz H20
    Goal: 3 Fruits & Veggies

  • Ok well here goes. I haven't set and stuck to any in a bit but today that all gonna change

    1. Be OP

    2. Eat only 1/2 a piece of the cake that they brought in for my b-day.

    3. Get the right amount of steps in using me ped. (I am not sure what I need to get in so I have to find the info)

    4. Water/Fruit

    Of course you didn't step on my toes, silly! But if you don't take your paws off of my sexy Randy, I might start getting mad...

    So, my goals for yesterday were:

    1) Eat what I plan for the day--Accomplished, yay!!
    2) Exercise at lunch (treadmill) and after work (Contours).--I got the lunch workout in, but didn't feel much like working out after the sad news.
    3) Drink my water.--I did it!!

    My goals for today:
    1) Make my plan for the day and stick to it.
    2) Exercise at lunch.
    3) Drink my waters.
    4) Squeeze in my fruits and veggies.

    I hope you all have fabulous, goal-accomplishing days!!
