Yesterday:
Goal: 1 hr yoga - Accomplished
Goal: 5 Fruits and Veggies - Only got in 2 - boo
Goal: 96oz of water - Accomplished - even if I did have to chug the last 24oz right before bed.
Today
Goal: 1 Hr Yoga
Goal: 96oz H20
Goal: 3 Fruits & Veggies
