Rina: Even if maybe the leader can't relate, I'm sure there are others in the group who will be able to, especially with that many people! I'm with you though. I can't imagine why someone who only has 15 pounds to lose would even join WW, and I don't quite understand why it's them who end up being leaders. Anyway ... I got some motivation last night. There was a woman at the Y who has lost 85 pounds and is still working at it. Amazing! As someone who need to lose about 60, that gives me encouragement!

Hey Rina - congrats on Joining!! I find the meetings extremely motivational. More because of the other people than anything. It's great to see how everybody's doing every week. And I've heard about the fast-food thing, sure makes you think.

Hi Guys! Laura, thanks for asking about me. I am doing good - I have been lurking when I can, but I have been out of the office in the field for the past week or so, so I haven't been able to write at all!

KT, I did get snowed in on the weekend - what a dump of snow! The dogs loved it...it was still warm out, just a ton of snow.

I only have about 5 min but I want to say hello to everyone.

Kim, congrats on joining the Y! I am glad to hear your motivaiton is back.

Lori - I love the psychic too~ I used to go a lot but I haven't since I started dating b/f. I just don't want anyone to say somethign bad!! But the last one I went to told me I'd find my soul mate under my nose and he was a redhead - well, wonders never cease!!

Laura - good for you for going to the wedding - I know if my b/f's ex ever gets married and we're invited, I am going to find the best damn dress ever (but you might remember the probs weve had with her!!) I wish you shopping success.

Rina, same to you on the meetings. I know, the 15 lbs weight loss leaders aren't the most motivating numerically, but if she is good otherwise, that's great. And think, you can be a leader too when you are ready! ;)

Hey everyone!!

So many people posting today, and of course my boss is being natzi, so I don't have time to respond properly to everyone!! It sounds like we are all back on plan with a vengance - and Keir, if 2 cupcakes and a little bag of chips is rock bottom, I'd say you are in very good shape! You don't even want to know what I ate this past weekend....junk food in every way, shape and form, and in vast quantities!

But today I am starting back totally OP. I am sick of wobbling back and forth and not even trying. I got up this morning and weighed in and took measurements, then did 45 mins of the FIRM. I also brought back with me from home a total gym that my family never uses anymore. Now I just have to find a way to work it into doing the FIRM tapes. I also want to get back into Pilates - but that's all basically strength training. Laura, you do the Firm, do you consider Cardio sculpt to really be cardio? It seems pretty darn close to the body sculpt to me!

My goal is to do exercise in the mornings and then supplement it at night if I have the time/inclination. I went and bought some yogurt, pears, veggies and smart ones during lunch break so at least I have some healthy stuff to eat. So far I've had a protein bar, smart one and an apple. I haven't really tried many of the smart one frozen meals, but I can't say I'm a big fan so far (they were on sale). I love most of the lean cuisines that I've tried. I love the new daily goal thing, I'll try to post mine over there. Hopefully I'll have some time to sneak away later and properly post. If not, maybe tonight (when no one's around!)

Oh yeah - my weigh in this morning....170.5, up 3 lbs from a week and a half ago =( I shouldn't be surprised since I estimated I ate about 4,000 calories per day Friday-Monday. Scary when you add it all up, huh. I don't know how many points that would be - maybe like 75?

I guess I should change my signature weight....does anyone else do this with every weigh in? Shouldn't the number be going DOWN instead of up??

Belle - glad you are back.

Lexxy - I usually do cardio sculpt if I need an "easy" ST day or need a compact workout with ST. I probably don't get enough cardio - I walk or do WATP a 2 or 3 times a week for that.
