I have those days when I wake up starving and no matter what I do, food is on my mind all day. Getting on the computer helps because it makes the time go by. I've also been trying to "time" my food----allowing no more than 3 hours to go by without eating something----even carrot sticks and celery. Glad you're doing well!

, but you're right it's hard to tell exactly what is in restaurant food. You must have made good choices to not be up. You're where I want to be on the scale and I'm working it again! Enjoy your weekend and your next dinner out.

I keep on pushing the scale up------am back at JC for some help, but gained 2# this week. Wed., Thursday and Friday have been great so far, so I'm going to be optimistic and keep going! Tracking food, limiting calories to the 1200-1300 range, and eating low cal food that helps fill me up. When I'm hungry, I'm trying drinking tea to help settle that feeling. Yay!

to all of us who keep coming back to tackle this weight loss problem. We're doing it. I know I take very interesting side paths here and there on this journey, but if I were perfect, I'd probably be boring! Lol. How's that for a good attitude?
