1 cup coffee: 1 S - dannon yogurt: 3 (6) L - veggie sushi: 3 diet soda (9) D - 3 egg whites: 1 1 sli 12 grain toast: 1 1 cup sk milk: 2 (13) Range: 24-29 total for day: 13/29 water: 85 + oz EX: 20 min walk (hopefully!) |
