    Hi all,
    Nancy, sorry to be so late congratulating you on your loss.
    That's fantastic.

    Posting is sparce this month. And, I'm one who hasn't wanted to post----don't want to get on that scale this month.

    I have started journaling again and that means a loss in the near future.

    I'm down 3 pounds but that's not including the gain that I had.... so I still don't call it a wash yet.
