Good afternoon, everyone!
Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Salsa, welcome back to the forum. Don't give up on your weight loss. It will come off. You just have to keep with it. Try doing a little something each day. Drink an extra large glass of water each day----take the stairs instead of the elevator--do some knee bends while standing in front of the kitchen sink. I do squats while brushing my teeth. :D

Y'all come on over to my house!!!!!
Our company left last night around 9:30 p.m. to make their 2 hr. drive home. We had a blast all day.
Now, I have a super clean house just waiting for more company.
I am bushed today. I plan on getting my spot on the sofa and not moving!!!!!

Everyone post.

Hi everyone,
I'm doing good. Tired and sore. Can't believe how tired I am!!! My knee feels great!!! It only hurts were they cut me. I have a lovely 5 inch incision with 22 staples. Well, off to take a nap and rest some. My phsical therpist comes tonight. He will come for 5 days this week, 3 next and then 1 time. At that time it should be time to go back to the dr. for my post op appointment.

Thanks for everything. I'll post more when I'm a little more with it!

Welcome back Susan.

Im glad the surgery went well and that you are back home where you can heal properly. Just be sure NOT to overdo it...let others answer your "bell" for a while.

Morning all,

I agree with Kady---Susan, take good care of yourself. If you're tired, take full advantage of lazing around.

How is everyone? Is anyone stressing out over Christmastime? Thankfully, I've never had too much of a problem. One year, we gave 3 parties and I was a wee bit stressed then. :dizzy: This time, all we're doing is already done! We had our good friends come for a whole day.
Does anyone stress-eat? If so, I suggest you grab carrot sticks and/or celery. Okay, that's Tina's advice for the day!

Howdy,
I'm doing good today. There is no stress this year for Christmas. I get my staples out on Christmas day. :) I won't be attending any parties or anything since I'm under house arrest until my post op appointment. I'll even miss Pat's band playing New Years Eve. He said we might "smuggle" me out to hear them..... we'll see.

Now, I better lose something since nothing really tastes to great nor do I seem to be very hungry!!! Nothing sounds good!!! Now that is CRAZY!!

Have a great day!
Susan ;D
