Oh my Jeanne, You need to get out there and walk while you window shop! Just cut down on those yummy bagels.

Yes in addition to the WATP exercise that I do about everyother day I am walking and doing the staircases at work. I can walk the whole facility about 4 times in 1/2 an hour. I usually go 4-8 times a night depending how my knees feel.
