But first..........ahhhhhhh, I just ate a cup of Ben & Jerry's!!!!! Oh how I hate when I let food win!!!! We haven't had any ice cream in the house for monthhhhhhhhhssssss. Well yesterday I thought "oh, I'll just buy a little one and Bob & I can have it for our New Years treat".......which we did! But......there was about a cups worth still in there this morning.....like 14 POINTS WORTH!!!!!! Butt kicks welcome!!!! Bring it on girls!

David came over at noon and we had ham, turkey, black eyed peas and cranberry sauce. I didn't fix cheese grits this year.

Morning all!

Ok I'm ready to crack down and get back on track. My parents finally left after being here for the holidays for almost two weeks.. so life is feeling normal and less chaotic again yay! Yesterday I set up my new ps3 workout game, guess it's not a game but an interactive workout video with the playstation move. I tried the cardio test on it to see how fit I was.. well needless to say, I'm NOT FIT, LOL!! I made it about 5 min before I thought my chest was gonna explode! Ok so today I'll take another crack at it.. my resolution is to be FIT and weightloss will naturally follow on that path with ww as my secret weapon, lol.. I am looking forward to spring and summer so now it's time to crack down to make goals happen for this year

Ok I don't want to be rude but it has been this name for at least 10 years that I know of and longer if I recall. I personally don't want the name to change. If you don't like, then you could always start your own thread with whatever name you choose. Some of us, well most if us have weighed on Thursday and have been here the entire time.

Sorry if you get upset , but if you don't want to be in this thread with this name so be it.
