  • Ok I didn't want to post the pie recipe in the other thread and have it get lost.

    MAKES: 8 servings
    3 Points per serving

    Ingredients:

    1 package sugar free lime jell-o
    2 fat free/light key-lime pie flavored yogurts
    1 package fat free cool whip (8 oz, the small package)
    1/4 cup water
    1 low-fat graham cracker pie crust

    1. Boil the water
    2. Mix water with jell-o. You have to mix it real good and I suggest a fork AND spoon because its clumpy and if you leave the clumps in then the pie will be clumpy.
    3. Add the 2 cups of yogurt and mix in with a wire whisk.
    4. Fold in the cool whip with a wooden spoon.
    5. Pour mixture into crust.

    Let sit in refridgerator overnight (the best) or AT LEAST 2 HOURS (still good ).

    I like to switch the flavors around. Replace jell-o and yogurt with raspberry flavors or orange flavors. Its really good.
