Hey girls! Well, I think I had a definite wake-up call this afternoon. I'd had a terrrible weekend as far as eating/exercising go, and then last night we had a last-minute invite out to dinner- and I totally overdid it. This afternoon I went to the gym, weighed myself-- ACK! I'm 165! How did this happen?!?!?! I know some of it is TOM and some of it is just food sitting around in my stomach from last night and some of it is the big glass of water I had before gym, but some of it is actual fat! I guess the problem is that my OP days are not frequent enough to make up for the others. And I have been totally lying to myself about all this, saying I will start tomorrow or that I am not really eating that badly. And I am never starting tomorrow, and I really am eating that badly. Anyway, today I am on track for real. I mean it, darnit! So far have had a good day- lots of fruits and veg, within my points limit, and I ran/walked 3.5 miles on the treadmill and lifted some weights. I'm planning to hit the treadmill again tomorrow and Thursday, and then hiking Friday and at least one day on the weekend.
