New and Improved Pat on the Back Thread
Ok Girls WE all deserve a pat on the back for making it through every day
I deserve a pat on the back today! I went into my favorite coffee place not only did i survive the iced brownies in the display I passed over my usual Hazelnut/caramel latte in favor of a plain China black tea Speaking of which does anyone know the pts for a shot of flavor I want one on thursday when i do my coffee with my friends I FELT SO GOOD SCOOTING OUT OF THERE WITH MY TEA! I FELT IN CONTROL BABY!!! |
Hi Kier - here is the syrup counts from Dotti's site.....hope this helps! I love the caramel machiattos from Starbucks - its 3points for a short - I usually have that when I need "soul food" otherwise its peppermint tea!!
