I braved the scales this morning. Down 2.4, so I am off to change the tracker! I have done absolutely nothing different, so I have no idea what happened. I'll take it!!!! lol

Exercise challenge this week-2 or more days of exercise. Anyone in?
Diane and Blair; GOOD GOING keep up the good work.
Diane, this time around I added 1/2 to 1 hour of walking 4-6 days a week. The pounds are coming off a little differently, but I feel much stronger and the days when I walk I definitely feel less like munching bad stuff in the evening, not just a mental resistance but the physical desire to eat (junk) is less.

Blairsey you are amazing I am grinning for you.
I have a graduation party Saturday, so I am going to get up early and exercise and eat lots of veggie soup and water before I go, to help keep me on track (I hope). Everyone have a great week-end.
