Happy June everyone!
Many of us come here to show our Weigh In progress.......We all weigh in on different days but scoot over here to the Weigh In thread to share our success..............

I braved the scales this morning. Down 2.4, so I am off to change the tracker! I have done absolutely nothing different, so I have no idea what happened. I'll take it!!!! lol

I was down 3.8 tonight! My cheeks nearly split, I was grinning so big. LOL I've also reached my second 10% loss! Yay, Me! :D

I changed things up a little this week and tried to eat fewer carbs. That always makes the difference for me.

Diane and Blair; GOOD GOING keep up the good work.
Diane, this time around I added 1/2 to 1 hour of walking 4-6 days a week. The pounds are coming off a little differently, but I feel much stronger and the days when I walk I definitely feel less like munching bad stuff in the evening, not just a mental resistance but the physical desire to eat (junk) is less.

I have a graduation party Saturday, so I am going to get up early and exercise and eat lots of veggie soup and water before I go, to help keep me on track (I hope). Everyone have a great week-end.
