I'm Stuck! No loss this time. Maybe, since I'm feeling good now, I can begin walking early in the mornings before the heat gets unbearable.

Got on the scale this morning and down 2 lbs!!!! :carrot:

I thought it was wrong so weighed again!!!! it was the same!!!!! I was like "Well helllooooooooooo I havent seen you in a while lmao"

No comment:( +1.8 -I did not do so good, but I know why. I did not write down my points and did not eat alot of veggies and drink my water. So I am going to write every bite and really focus this week.

Tina and Mimi I'll be your cheerleader. How about we all make a pact to excercise 2 days or more this week and report next Thursday. Anyone in? Let me know.

Hey y'all. I don't think I've posted here before, but I'm Blaire and have been losing since January. I started Weight Watchers last week, hoping to find the meetings motivational. I'm doing really well and went to my second meeting today. I lost 2.4 pounds! Yay! :carrot:

My First Weigh In
 
I am starting weight watchers tonight! First weigh in :-) I'm am very excited to get started and I figured I would see if there was a support message board out there that I could use as my home base out on the net.

A little about me, I'm a guy, 37. I got divorced a 4 years ago and I have gained 100 pounds since then :-O I have decided enough is enough and I'm making a change. Right now I'm 325-330 I think put I will know for sure tonight. I'll come post an update after I go to the meeting!

Diane; I too will exercise. It could be something salty that you ate. You really store up a lot of water when you eat salty foods.
Blair; I was 313 at my highest weight so I know you can do it. You will really like the weight watchers diet, and we are a great group, so please join us.
Clint; welcome to our group, you CAN do it, its time to put yourself first. You will love the flexibility that the WW diet gives you.

Blaire great job on the loss!!! Clint you can do this, no time the present. I am pumped Tina and Mimi are going to exercise. I am meeting a girl from my meeting at the high school track at 9 am on Sat and Sun. So I will report back. Have a great holiday:)

I started WW online Sunday, so tomorrow is my official weigh in day, but I've been weighing myself daily because that is what worked for me in the past~ it keeps me on track!

**Update I did walk 2 miles this morning and ran up and down the football stands 4 times. Almost died. Did some yard work for 2 hours also. Walking again tomorrow morning.
