I just had an amazingly easy lunch that I have to share. Especially for Jess who wanted easy things...

Cheeseburger Roll Up
Take a gardenburder or Boca burger and heat it up. Chop it up and put it in the middle of a tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese and heat in micro until cheese is melted. Put on ketchup and whatever else you want and roll it up. I am not a gardenburger fan, but when I have it disguised, it's not so bad!!!

Jen--That sounds really good, especially considering that I have two Boca burgers in my freezer that I've been eyeing warily. That sounds really good! Thanks for the suggestion!!

Jayne--Do you really think my plateau is over? I really hope that it is. It's the biggest loss I've had since getting on this plateau, I was hoping that maybe that's an indication. I'll just have to wait with bated breath until next Thursday.
