The Dancing Banana Challenge!!!
Cat gets full credit for this one!!! Just dance like the banana (or do some other form of physical activity BEYOND your exercise routine, silly or otherwise) for ten minutes each day. That's it! We'll leave it at a week and see how the increased 70 minutes of activity went over with everyone. (Quick, someone calculate how many calories that 70 minutes of dancing like a banana would burn for the week!)

The banana dance looks pretty hard! Is he bending his knees? And is it just me, or is he lifting up his feet? Either way, the extra activity won't hurt me any, I'll play!
