Weekend Thread
 

Hi girls! I don't know if anyone is out there...I was just so busy the past few days I didn't have time to post. As you might notice from my sig, I was down 2.6 this week, so that is good! I am 6lbs from a new "century" and I am going to do it BEFORE my vacation in 5 weeks.

Well, I have ANOTHER bladder infection. This time I went to the doc at a walk in clinic down the street from my apt. He gave me sulfa drugs and told me to treat myself for a yeast infection b/c these drugs inevitably cause them in most women :?: soI was really reluctant to take them in the first place. But wouldn't you know, I took them at 7pm and by 8:15 I was covered inhives. So I ahd to get a shot in my butt!!:( On top of the vaccines I had earlier this week, that's alot of shots!!

B/f and I were fighting too b/c he didn't thinkI needed to see a doctor adn he was mad at me b/c of my family situation. Mom has no $ in the bank b/c dad didn't pay her for July yet! So my sister and I had to take over paying for her house bills. I called and set my dad straight, but b/f didnt' want to hear about it! He had a hissy fit on the phone and was grouchy for awhile. I sometimes feel like he wants me for the good times, but when it gets rough, asta la vista. You know??

Anyway, I should sign off and get on with the weekend. I have a staff BBQ tonite its just me, my boss and a girl on contract - she is really nice and hip, so I think it';ll be a fun time, but of course I have to watch myself b/c its still work people....

Oh My Gosh, My childhood best friend is pregnant!!! Wow I am feeling so old right now. But I am happy for her, she was suprised how happy I was for her, none of her friends in her circle of friends have kids, but A LOT of my friends have kids now, so I have been used to it, her group of friends haven't been used to having someone preggers in their group.

Belle: Yeah I am just getting over another UTI... I am also allergic to sulfa drugs... poor you... I am also sorry you had a fight with the bf.

I can totally relate with you - last night we were at a dinner party where we were the only ones not married or engaged, but it was still fun. They all had houses and were planning for kids....not us. Apt dwellers!! Oh well, we aren't there yet. Your friend might feel alienated b/c none of her other friends are there yet iether, so its nice you were happy for her!!

UTI's are the worst. I am drinking cranberry juice like no tomorrow!!!!
