soccer with my DD, we are practicing for her game tomorrow night. And I plan on getting a couple walks in today.

FF Graham Crackers - 1

Dinner:
Oriental Chicken Salad - 10

Total: 24

Exercise:
The Firm Maxium Cardio and The Firm 5 Day Abs

I always, always, drink massive quantities of water at work so I'm not even going to try and post that!

One point over but I'm not worried about it. I gave blood yesterday and was woozy enough afterwards that the graham crackers were worth it!

2 slices of whole wheat toast with spray butter 1/24
water

Lunch:
with breakfast food of course!

2 Frozen Hash Browns 2/22
2 eggs 4/18
whole wheat toast 1/17
water

Dinner:

planning for speghetti 10/7
1/2 Texas Toast 2/5

Strawberries with little sugar 2/3

WOW! If everything goes well, i have 3 to spare

Exercise: Weight training - lower body
10 minutes of cardio - ran out of time before work!
