Tuesday B: bagel/pb 6 coffee 0 L: grapes 2 melon 2 water 64 oz. D: stir fry 6 water again! S: yep Exercise: soccer with my DD, we are practicing for her game tomorrow night. And I plan on getting a couple walks in today. Total = 18 pts. |
I'll join you Tonya. Maybe if I post my journal for awhile, I'll hold myself more accountable.
Tuesday Breakfast: Yogurt - 2 Orange - 1 Melon - 2 AM Snack: Celery Sticks Lunch: Chicken Stroganoff - 8 Broccoli PM Snack: FF Graham Crackers - 1 Dinner: Oriental Chicken Salad - 10 Total: 24 Exercise: The Firm Maxium Cardio and The Firm 5 Day Abs I always, always, drink massive quantities of water at work so I'm not even going to try and post that! One point over but I'm not worried about it. I gave blood yesterday and was woozy enough afterwards that the graham crackers were worth it! |

Watermelon - 2 Bran Muffin - 2 Lunch: Spinach & Mushroom Penne - 5 Pinapple - 1 Carrots Cauliflower PM Snack: Frozen Yogurt - 4 Dinner: Grilled Chicken Carribean Salad - 8 Total: 22 Exercise: 4 Mile Walk Aerobic Video & The Firm Abs Video |

Breakfast: 2 slices of whole wheat toast with spray butter 1/24 water Lunch: with breakfast food of course! 2 Frozen Hash Browns 2/22 2 eggs 4/18 whole wheat toast 1/17 water Dinner: planning for speghetti 10/7 1/2 Texas Toast 2/5 Strawberries with little sugar 2/3 WOW! If everything goes well, i have 3 to spare Exercise: Weight training - lower body 10 minutes of cardio - ran out of time before work! |

B: coffee - 2 english muffin - 4 L: grilled cheese - 4 chips - 3 D: eggs w/ spinach and red peppers - 6 french fries - 2 milk - 2 Snack: skinny cow - 2 TOTAL = 25 Exercise: Run - 35 minutes THURSDAY - B: coffee - 1 yogurt - 3 berries - 1 Snack: cereal - 2 L: salad w/ cabbage and broccoli - 1 zucchini - 0 rhubarb & apple sauce - 2 D: boca chicken sandwich - 5 french fries - 2 broccoli - 0 milk - 2 Snack: 1/2 candy bar - 3 TOTAL = 22 Exercise: kickboxing - 45 minutes |
