It seems this thread has disappeared!! Please come join me with a great group of women at the egroups.com site-- we are at the ThinWithIn group (it seems difficult at first but now I post on that site all the time). You will get DAILY emails and a bunch of support!! We are all hanging in with each other to get through these holidays!!

With their support I was able to actually lose 4 pounds this week-- Since I have been posting I have lost a total of 9.75 pounds. It is a totally inspirational group!! Got to join!

Or we can keep posting here because I am at the 3fatchicks website all the time too-- but come on and keep it up even if your plan is to take a break through the holidays-- then I can make sure you are on task after the new year. Don't stop posting!!

Really though the egroups group is great-- especially if you need daily encouragement.
