Monday, Oct. 30,2000 breakfast-c. bar-(2)--->hitting my hand BAD lunch- Boca burger-(3) 7.5 ff pringles-(.5) 1/2 banana-(1) DINNER- 1 VEGGIE EGG ROLL-(2) 1 honey mustard chicken breast-(3) salad - carrots and radishes and mushrooms dressing-(2) 1 string cheese-(2) few croutons-(1) snack- 1 ff cupcake-(3) 15 pringles-(1) 1/2 peanut butter pumpkin-(2) Terri points-22.5 water- 10 c. exercise- ran 1.5 miles and ran 1/2 way back. walked the rest of the way.- 3 miles. Tuesday, Halloween!!!!
Breakfast- NONE! lunch- 1/2 banana-(1) 1 boca burger-(3) 15 ff pringles-(1) snacks- 1 fun size peanut M&M's(2) 1 funsize butterfinger(2) 1 mini reese(1) points -10 water- 8 cups exercise - 2 miles treadmill and walked for 2.5 hrs. trick or treating although we stopped a lot. breakfast- none lunch- Taco soup -(1) cheese-(1) Tortilla chips-(2) dinner- 2 cabbage rolls (not real full) (7) boiled cabbage snack- fun size M&M's-(2) " " Baby Ruth-(3) " " snickers-(2)- These were planned. I set aside the cast-a-ways of the kids. They hate Baby Ruths, peanut M&M's, and I snuck 3 fun size snickers to spread out over a few days. shhhhhh! watermelon-(2) Points- 20 water 64 oz. exercise- 2.5 m. treadmill and 40 min. Taebo.
