Well, let's start this week off right!!!

coffee - 1 yogurt - 2 kashi - 1 Snack: string cheese - 1 L: veggie hotdog - 1 cheese - 1 tortilla - 3 zucchini - 0 D: potatoes - 3 broccoli - 0 milk - 2 chips and hummus - 5 cheese - 3 (cleaning out the fridge before my vacation!!) TOTAL: 23 Exercise: Run 35 min. |
