Pj...my that move has aged you!LOL
Bren...nice picture, you sound like you enjoy the sport thing. When I was younger I did too, not anymore the benches are too hard! We do not eat out much and we had some friends from out state we had to meet for supper. I think I did ok and didn't use any banked pts. I chose a grilled chicken breast w/ steamed broccoli and had the rice pilaf replaced with a baked potato and had salad and just used the balsamic vinegar for the dressing. The potato had to be at least 20 0unces!!!!!!!! I cut off a portion I thought was about 4oz and just ate that. This was at Ruby Tuesday's and their is not a lot of nutional info on the other websites but I think it was around 7 pts. Dh on the other hand had the ribs and fries!!!!!! It is all about healthy choices. I'm hungry now so I'm gonna get off here and have snack..........maybe a 2 pt snickers bar or lowfat Choc. ice cream, who knows maybe both! I have so many points left! |
Hey Judy - I got an email that said you placed a new post???!!!! Where is it darlin???? HHMMMMMMmmmmmmm. Did you delete it? Awwwwww well. Candice - You're doing so well. I admire your determination to stay OP. I've got to start staying OP to the "T" for now on because I'm not moving up or down and I still have around 30lbs. to go. I've got my digital counter....and all the other goodies.....no reason at all not to be able to do it. So, today is Sunday and I'll start by punching in the points I used for my two cups of coffee with coffee mate liquid and one tsp of suger in each. Don't even TRY to talk me out of changing my coffee in ANY way. :^: I LOVE my fresh ground %100 Columbian.....I'm what you call a "real" coffee drinker. I LOVE the stuff but limit myself to two cups only in the am. Otherwise, I BOUNCE like "Tigger" from Winnie the Pooh. :D
Hope you all have a nice Sunday. The weather today is warm with only a slight breeze. We need rain BADLY!!!!! We just finished seeding and fertilizing the largest pasture and need some water!!!!!!! Say a prayer for us.......because we have to keep all the horses in the smaller paddocks until the rain comes and washes everything down into the soil. "See" you all soon. Hugs, |
