B: coffee - 1 yogurt - 3 strawberries - 1 L: soup - 2 coleslaw - 1 Snack: soy bar - 3 D: veggie hotdog - 1 w/ cheese & tortilla - 4 milk - 2 zucchini - 0 baked french fries - 2 Snack: ww sundae cup - 2 TOTAL = 22 Exercise: Kickboxing - 45 min. Tuesday - B: coffee - 1 yogurt - 2 blackberries - 1 L: soup - 2 coleslaw - 1 Snack: luna bar - 4 D: pretzels and cheese - 3 veggie hotdog - 1 w/ cheese and bread - 2 skim milk - 2 baked fries - 2 TOTAL= 21 |

B: banana 2 coffee 0 L: tuna sand. 4 water WOW chips 1 D: chicken/noodles/ff italian dressing 7 water S: yep Exercise: treadmill/30 min/2 miles Total = 18 pts. *I skipped WI this morning, I have TOM terribly. So, I am going to WI on Friday morning. Still will have it, but if I skip a week, then, I find I start skipping a lot, and the weight comes back on. So, I will take my hits on Friday!! :) |
