how many points?
Okay, I got my PointsFinder today -- it's hard to believe, but I'm so excited!! I need someone to tell me how many points I can have in a day. I forgot how to calculate that, is it based on what I need to lose or what I currently weigh or what? Can anyone give me some guidelines or point me in the right direction?

It depends on your weight. It is listed in your week one booklet. Look for the weight ranges and then it will tell you how many points you get in a day.
As you drop in weight your points also drop. The weight ranges will give you all that info. |
