Hey Kier! Sadly enough, my weekend will be over in a couple of hours. I really don't want to go back to work.
We're taking bets on whether or not the internet filter really was lifted or not. I say not. I can't ever get to the good websites until after 5pm and recently, I want out of that **** hole by 4:55!! Well, I hope everyone has a good week! I'll check in when I can! |
Kier ~
What you are suggesting, is exactly what I did, when I lost all my weigh on WW. I still do that to a certain extent now. I really watch myself closely during the week, and try on the weekend, but there is usually one day on the weekend that I eat whatever I want. For example, last week I was really careful, and walked my 2 miles each day, then this weekend I had ice cream, pizza and a couple drinks. I had WI this morning, and lost 4 pounds! I know not everyone is the same, but I think if you stay at the low end of your points during the week, and then splurge a bit on the weekend, it isn't going to hurt, and you will probably still end up losing good. Just remember, after a day of splurging, get back on the wagon the very next day!!!! Just my .02 cents!! |
