Thursday.... B: coffee 1 (cream in it!) L: yogurt 2 water D: don't know yet. maybe some bean and ham soup or some FF refried beans or stirfry Exercise: treadmill 40 min./2.5 miles walk on break - 20 min. *I am feeling terrible today, I either have bad sinus's right now or a cold. I did however walk 40 min on my treadmill last night even though I did feel like it. Is that motivation for you or what!! :D Total = 18 pts. for the day. |
