I totally botched on Thurs, Fri, and Sat, so I'll start with SUNDAY No breakfast BBQ Turkey Roll-up 5 WOW Chips 1 Tortilla Pizza 8 Green Beans with margarine 2 2 c milk 4 18 Pretzels 2 Popcorn 2 Total for the day 24 MONDAY Omelette 2 BBQ Turkey Roll-up 5 WOW Chips 1 Chocolate (1 piece) 1 Chicken Breast 3 Larry's Stuffed Potato 4 Green beans with margarine 1 2 c skim milk 4 My version of a skinny cow 1 Popcorn 2 Total for the day 24 |

Hi guys! It has been a terrible couple weeks of eating for me, so I need to get back journalling with you all!!
Breakfast: WW toast/pb 4 coffee 0 Lunch: subway 6 water 64 oz. Dinner: stir fry 7 water Total = 18 pts. |
I've been REALLY hungry this week so I am trying to pay more attention to what I eat.
B: Yogurt - 2 Granola - 1 Coffee - 1 L: Bean soup - 3 veggie corn dog - 2 chips and salsa - 2 fruit cup - 2 green peppers - 0 D: ?? TOTAL = Exercise: Jog - 45 minutes |

Wednesday:
B-Oatmeal 3 L- Turkey Sandwich 4 WOW Chips 1 Orange 1 D - Boca Burger 3 Red Beans and Rice 4 2 c skim milk 4 Total for the day 20 (I didn't get to have my popcorn, so I didn't quite reach my minimum points.) Thursday: No breakfast (I slept right through it) L-Chicken Breast 3 Larry's Stuffed Potato 4 Popcorn 2 D-BBQ Turkey Roll-up 5 Larry's Potato 4 Skinny Cow 2 S-Popcorn 2 Total for the day 22 Friday: No breakfast again (I was still in bed) L-BBQ Turkey Roll-up WOW Chips 1 Pretzels 2 Kudos Bar 2 D-Chef Boyardee FF Ravioli 7 S-Popcorn 5 (a REALLY big bowl) Turkey Pastrami 2 1 pc Dove Chocolate 1 1 cup skim milk 1 Total for the day 27 |
