Here's my journal for Monday and Tuesday...
Monday Oatmeal 3 Turkey Sandwich 4 WOW Chips 1 Kudos Bar 2 Popcorn 2 3 pork loins (stupid PMS) 13 2 c milk 4 Larry's Stuffed Potato 4 Total for the day: 33. (My range is 22-27... Hopefully I can keep the PMS eating monster under control)... Tuesday Oatmeal 3 Turkey Sandwich 3 WOW Chips 1 Apple 1 Kudos Bar 2 Tortilla Pizza 8 2 c milk 4 Green beans with 1 tsp margarine 1 Salad with RF Dressing 1 Popcorn 2 Total for the day: 26 |
Wednesday's Journal
I started my day the same way I always do:
Oatmeal 3 Turkey Sandwich 3 WOW Chips 1 Tangelo 1 Kudos Bar 2 Entire can of FF Ravioli 7 with cheese 2 2 cups milk 4 Popcorn 2 2 slices turkey 1 9 mini pretzels 1 Total for the day: 27 I spent an hour and 15 at the gym and drank a lot of water, too... :) |
My Wednesday:
Breakfast: Nothing Lunch: Cheese Pizza 16 Snack: 5 Mini-Eggs 2 Supper: Pizza 8 Snack: 2 Bananas 4 Total: 30 Daily Points range 28-34 4 points banked! |
Thursday...
You'll never guess what I had for breakfast. That's right: Oatmeal 3 pts.
Lunch was a little change with: WW Smart Ones Mac and Cheese 6 pts. Then that little bit of cake, I counted as 3 pts. Snack was: Popcorn 2 pts Dinner: BBQ Turkey Roll-up: 5 pts 2 Cups skim milk: 4 pts Salad with RF Dressing: 1 pt Green Beans with 1 tsp margarine: 1 pt Snack: Popcorn (again--my stomach aches today) 2 pts. Total for the day 27... I didn't go to the gym, my hips were aching and I was sleepy, so I napped instead. What a bum! But I promised myself I'd make it there tonight. |
