My day yesterday: Oatmeal 3 Turkey Sandwich 3 WOW Chips (yum, yum) 1 Orange 1 Kudos Bar 2 I spent another 1 1/2 hours at the gym yesterday, yay! Tortilla Pizza 6 Salad with RF dressing 1 Green beans with 1 tsp margarine 1 2 cups milk 4 Air-popped popcorn 2 My version of a skinny cow 1 1 cup milk 2 Total 27 pts. |
