It's Hump Day!!
Breakfast: Ww toast/pb 4 coffee 0 pear 2 Lunch: veggie wrap 5 FF pringles 1 water 0 (64 oz.) Dinner: chicken breast 3 noodles 4 veggie 0 water Snack: probably not tonight Total = 18 pts. walked 30 min outside at breaktime, walked another 20 minutes outside with dog, and another 15 min on treadmill this morning!! :) |
I wish I had someone to hump... ;)
B: Coffee - 1 Oatmeal - 3 Berries - 1 L: Hard boiled egg - 2 veggie soup w/ beans - 2 zucchini - 0 D: Grilled cheese - 5 rye crisps - 2 tapenade - 4 cookies - 6 TOTAL = 26 Exercise: Jog - 40 minutes |

It's hard to be serious when Jen is wishing for someone to hump!! :lol: It makes me start thinking about humping and I go off on an entirely different tangent that doesn't involve what I ate on Wednesday... :devil:
My Wednesday: Oatmeal 3 Tuna Salad Sandwich 5 WOW Chips (yum, yum) 1 M&M Kudos Bar 2 Lean Steak 6 Salad with RF Dressing 1 2 c milk 4 Popcorn 2 Apple 1 Total for the day: 25 Exercise: 1 1/2 hours at the gym (yes, I'm very proud of that!) alternating between aerobic and weights training. |
