  • I was thinking of going to ww meetings last night. I may have to. I know it is a "non judgemental" atmosphere, but the last time I went there I weighed a lot less. I will find out when my old "coach" has a class. She was great. She told us that she tried ww three times before it became a lifestyle for her.

    I was same weight as you when I started the last time and I hope it really is the last time. I did it and I know you can too.

    I gained 5 over the Holidays and I lost 3 this week and I have 2 more to go to be back to what I was.
